As an executive director, US payroll optimization within Americas HR operations, you will lead strategic initiatives to uplift and streamline US payroll processes. You will partner closely with the US money movement lead (US payroll operations) to deliver process improvements, enhance controls, and optimize our Oracle HCM payroll system. You will focus on driving transformation rather than managing day-to-day payroll operations. Your attention to detail and control mindset will ensure our payroll processes are robust, compliant, and efficient. You will play a key role in supporting our commitment to operational excellence and employee experience.
