Job Description

Supervises the day to day activities of the accounting specialists and resolves day to day issues with sites, suppliers and the finance department.May assist with month end close and financial review.May assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process.

• Troubleshoots questions from sites, suppliers and finance

• Prepares key performance indicators

• Provides staff and site training

• Supports monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process

• Oversees the site’s daily transactions and resolves issues

• Ensures a smooth and successful month-end close

• Ensures that accounting controls and policies are being applied appropriately at all levels to internal and external auditors, sites, finance and accounting, and that published deadlines are met

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in business (accounting, or finance preferred), required

• 3-5 years job related experience, required
