JCW is currently working on behalf of an International Commercial Bank with an office based in Boston, MA that's seeking an Internal Auditor to join their high-growth internal audit, risk function.
This role will be responsible for being an active part of the department, with a focus on executing internal audits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with annual planning and execution of financial and operational audits across the business
- Identify and communicate issues through work papers and verbally to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate and work extensively with other business areas inside the bank
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors degree required
- A minimum of 3 years of Internal Audit experience ideally covering an area of risk
- Must be coming from banking or financial services institution
- Desire to work in a high-growth and dynamic environment
