Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and identify their assistance needs
Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
Document provider issues and report overall trends
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to navigate and learn new computer systems
Full-time availability, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
1+ years of experience in a related environment is preferred
