Technical Trainer

A company is looking for a Technical Trainer to design and deliver technical enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and iterate existing technical training programs for customers and internal team onboarding

Create engaging training materials and deliver instructor-led sessions through various formats

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product changes and client needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience developing instructional content and working with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Strong experience with databases like Snowflake and SQL

Experience in Data Warehousing and BI projects

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
