Job descriptionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure goals are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the construction process. A strong background in construction project management, specifically in the property industry. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. An ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently. Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
