The National Client Project Manager plays a key leadership role in building and managing those partnerships with our clients by implementing our disciplined project management platform and meeting and exceeding expectations from project to project. How you will contribute to our TEAM :

o Develop detailed schedule in conjunction with the client and our team

o Set up budget for project – oversee and manage financials – forecasting

o Lead pre-construction meetings;; produce weekly reports both internally and with the client manage change orders documentation; and, ensure customer satisfaction through job completion

o Facilitate monthly forecasting projects.

o Create reports on financial health of projects.

o Oversee buyout for each project and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources for same. Spot-check payables weekly.
