Job descriptionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to align goals and resolve issues Monitor site progress, safety, permitting, inspections, and quality control standards Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Lead project meetings, track milestones, and provide regular progress updates Proven experience in ground-up retail or commercial construction Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction management practices Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication Skilled in problem-solving, contract administration, and resource management Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.) Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading teams to deliver high-quality results Competitive Compensation Package depending on experience 15+ days of PTO 9-12 company holidays 75%-100% Medical Benefits 401k Plan with company match Car allowance / company vehicle Cell phone and laptop provided Referral bonus End of year bonus Life insurance policy Generous maternity & paternity leave
