What Youll Do

  • Lead the development of a compelling multi-year product strategy to support CoreWeaves strategic goals.
  • Develop deep insights about customer needs and the market, translating them into a strategy and roadmap that keeps CoreWeave at the forefront of the AI Hyperscaler market.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to guide portfolio strategy and align different product areas to a common direction.
  • Balance cutting-edge technology with user-friendliness and market viability.
  • Contribute to cross-functional efforts with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful launches and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Design and lead operating rhythms for monthly, quarterly, and annual strategy and business reviews.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or product operations, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the AI / ML technology landscape and trends.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision across diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed decision-making track record.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, with strong ML concepts understanding.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The base salary range for this role is $227,000 to $303,000, determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We offer a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include :
