Head Chef Requirements & Qualifications :

Training and development of kitchen staff

Experience in high volume, upscale casual, all scratch kitchens

Maintain food safety / sanitation standards

Ensuring recipes are made to the highest standard

Encouraging creativity and fun!

Positive career tenure

4 plus years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in Health and Safety - HACCP Knowledge is a must

Understanding of budget management / financials
