Licensed Clinical Case Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate member physical health and behavioral healthcare through assessment, care planning, and provider coordination

Enroll members in healthcare programs offered through their insurance coverage

Coordinate psychosocial wraparound services to promote effective resource utilization and optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications

3 years of direct clinical practice experience post master's degree

Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders

Experience using Motivational Interviewing

Master's degree in a behavioral health field required

Independently active, unrestricted behavioral health license in the state of residence
