Job Title: CNC Plasma / Laser Programmer, Nester

Reports To: Scheduling Supervisor

Job Summary: Creating nests / programs for the plasma and laser table. Helping maintain the MFG schedule dates and coordinating materials from Inventory as well as purchased customer specific materials.

Job Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in nesting / programming for plasma, laser, gas cutting tables or other like machines. Operator experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings and dimensions. Some drafting experience is a plus.
• Ability to help create DXF files on occasion is a plus.
• The ability to operate a fork lift

Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements. Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines. Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively. Must be able to handle multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in Company duties. Must be able to work overtime as required.
