Position Summary
Blondies Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed and passionate Barber to join our service team. In this role, you will deliver personalized, high-quality cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each guests individual preferences. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional who is client-focused, service-driven, and committed to continued education and growth. Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Experience
Conduct thorough consultations to understand and meet each guests hair care needsProvide high-quality cutting, styling, and grooming servicesMaintain detailed records of guest preferences and services performedEducate guests on recommended home care products and additional servicesEncourage repeat visits through exceptional service and follow-up communicationGoal Setting & Performance Tracking
Attend monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with salon leadershipSubmit a coaching reflection form one week prior to each sessionTrack daily progress and align performance with individual and team goalsContinued Education & Growth
Actively seek additional educational opportunities to enhance technical and service skillsRefresh product and ingredient knowledge during downtimeEngage in team knowledge-sharing and support a culture of ongoing developmentCleanliness & Sanitation
Keep tools, implements, and work areas clean and sanitized at all timesMaintain a neat, organized, and clutter-free stationEnsure all shared spaces, including backbar and guest areas, are tidy and up to salon standardsMarketing & Business Development

Minimum Qualifications
Current Indiana Barbering License or CertificationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence in conducting consultations and recommending services and productsExcellent time management and scheduling disciplineAbility to build lasting client relationships and deliver consistent serviceCommitment to personal and professional growth in a collaborative settingLevel System & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
