Responsible for managing the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects. Consistently delivers revenue needed for organizational priorities. Protects the mission, goals, and values of the organization. Builds trusting relationships with prospects and connects benefactors with organizational need. Represents single or multiple priorities of Allina Health and directly interfaces with a system-wide team of MGOs. Has established knowledge of gift planning concepts and methods. Maintains a network of allied professionals and agents of wealth.

Principle Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement and Solicitation

Identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors with gift capacity of $50,000+ including targeted plans for each assigned prospect;

Ensures gift solicitations and strategies align with the goals and objectives of Allina Health.

Collaborates in the development of annual fundraising projections and estimation of expenses for the Office of Philanthropy budget;

Pay Range

Pay Range : $49.10 to $67.93 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
