Opportunity

Highlights

Clinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art

facility, which opened in August 2025. Our 100,000-square-foot

multi-specialty medical office building offers Primary, Specialty,

and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more. Possible

satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice.

Practice includes 16 urologists and 10

advanced practice providers currently

Clinic

opening will support offices in Arlington Heights and Schaumburg

Call will be taken at Northwest Community

Hospital

Competitive total rewards salary of $500,000 and $650,000, which

includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base

compensation range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000,

depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In

addition to the base compensation, this position may also be

eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment

assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus

equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between

$500,000 - $650,000.
