Go-to-Market & Change Enablement Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Go-to-Market & Change Enablement Manager that will support a cohesive and coordinated change management approach. This person across will be responsible for driving clarity, consistency, and action in support of cross functional initiatives and enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies, drive stakeholder alignment across global functions, and ensure smooth and effective change adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Change Strategy : Champion change enablement and assist in the development and execution of the change enablement strategy by establishing appropriate governance and communication cadence, identifying stakeholders, impacted groups, and change readiness levels to further our control and compliance outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment : Build relationships to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, identify stakeholders, and design effective engagement approaches, ensuring stakeholder partners across Compliance, Control Management and Business Operations are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of initiatives and change.
• Communications Governance : Align with project partners across 1LOD and 2LOD to integrate change activities within project plans and consolidating cross-functional and transformational initiatives into clear, timely, and actionable communications.
• Training Support : Identify training needs and raise awareness across Field Enablement, Control Management, and project teams / project owners; Partner with stakeholders to develop training or enhance existing training.
• Program Management : Provide program management support via intake, prioritization, and execution model to ensure clarity, sequencing, and delivery excellence.
