Position : Plant Accounting Supervisor

Controller

Location : Bartlett area (On-site)

Compensation : $100,000 - $140,000 base salary

As the Accounting Supervisor you will o wn all financial activities for the division, including reporting, general ledger, AP, inventory, and learn cost accounting methods

Using Excel, take the trial balance further to deliver accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial statements

Drive budgeting and forecasting tied to production volumes and utilities using Excel based reporting

Lead cost center analysis and operational cost accounting improvements

Modernize accounting processes and foster continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller and Plant GM to support strategic planning

Mentor and develop a few reports on your accounting team

What We're Looking for in a Plant Controller :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)

7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience

At least 2 years of people management experience

Solid expertise in plant-level standard manufacturing cost accounting
