Junior Accountant

Selectek has partnered with a growing Civil-Geotech Engineering firm in Atlanta. Â Â Our client is looking for a Junior Accountant to oversee various accounting functions such as Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll etc.

3+ years of in accounting

Associate or BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Experience in the construction or engineering industries

Manage and process Accounts Payable (payments) and Accounts Receivable (Invoicing)

Experience with General Ledger entries and GAAP Principles

Manage and process payroll, timekeeping records, and payroll taxes

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Deltek Software

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail

Our client is looking for someone to do Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Amex request processing, assist in year-end audits, and tax reporting.

The candidate needs to have knowledge or experience with Deltek software and Microsoft Excel.

Sponsorship : Â No, must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay range : Â $26.44 / hour - $36.06 / hour ($55,000 - $75,000 annual salary range)

Location of job : Atlanta, GA 30327

Hours and shift : Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM EST

Work from home / remote : Â No

Work attire : Business Casual
