Job Title : White Glove Client Manager & Customer Support (Luxury Client Experience)
We are seeking a full-time, in-office White Glove Client Manager & Customer Support representative to join our team at our Miami Beach location.
This is a high-touch, luxury service role akin to that of a personal concierge or travel agent—designed for someone who thrives on detail, precision, and exceptional customer interaction.
About the Role :
You will serve as the primary point of contact for up to 500+ high-value clients going through the Legacy Makers program. While 60–70% of clients move through the program smoothly, your primary focus will be supporting the 30–40% who may encounter questions, require assistance, or need concierge-level service to stay on track.
You’ll manage daily client communication via a dedicated support hotline and email, proactively guiding clients through their next steps. This is not a passive support role — we are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows up consistently, and anticipates client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a high-level concierge for clients, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and confident throughout their journey.
- Manage all communication through a dedicated hotline and inbox (primarily email and phone).
- Proactively reach out to clients who may be falling behind or need extra guidance.
- Resolve or escalate inquiries related to travel, media production, logistics, branding, and event attendance.
- Maintain accurate internal records and status updates for all clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, press, events) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
The Ideal Candidate :
Has excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence.Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage a large client load without missing a beat.Communicates with professionalism and warmth across both email and phone.Is tech-savvy and can quickly learn internal tools and systems.Has a deep understanding (or willingness to learn) the full Legacy Makers program flow and can become an expert in it.Has previous experience in luxury service, high-end travel, or managing VIP clientele (preferred but not required).Work Environment :
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Miami Beach office.Office hours are typically 9 AM – 5 PM, with occasional flexibility needed for urgent client issues.You'll be working alongside a fast-moving, passionate, and creative team.Compensation :
