Job Description
Lead dry utility projects (electrical, telecom, gas) from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and engineers for seamless execution
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Handle permit applications and change orders, maintaining accurate documentation
Allocate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects
Use Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools to manage project workflows

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in underground utility or civil construction project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Excel)
Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with complex logistics
Experience working with large GCs is a plus
