Responsibilities

Operate and monitor punch press machines to keep production running smoothly.

Assist with machine setup and basic adjustments under supervision.

Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.

Document production counts and report any issues to your supervisor.

Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

6 months experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.

Punch press experience is highly desired but not necessary to apply.

Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
