Responsibilities:
Basic Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Mobility Assistance: Help residents move around the facility safely.
Vital Signs: Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Emotional Support: Provide companionship and build trusting relationships with residents.
Observation: Report any significant changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in the applicable state.
Compassionate and patient-focused.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
