Job Responsibilities :
- Administers anesthetics to patients of all ages during surgical procedures.
- Conducts pre-anesthetic assessments and collaborates with the surgical team for optimal care.
- Provides leadership and supports the professional development of colleagues.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all anesthesia care and patient interactions.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and promotes a healthy work environment.
- Offers education and mentorship to staff, patients, and families.
- Ensures compliance with relevant standards and guidelines in anesthesia practice.
- Willing to travel to other ambulatory sites as necessary.
Qualifications :
Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training).Active Nursing and Specialty Licenses in Michigan.Up-to-date certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.Clean malpractice and license history.Willingness to maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing education.License and Certification Requirements :
Active Michigan Nursing License and Specialty License.At least 2 years of experience as a CRNA (not including RN or training).Updated COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations or willingness to obtain them.DEA and CSR / CDS must be obtained prior to starting.Must maintain certification status and complete a health screening per policy.Explore Royal Oak, Michigan!
