Dates of Coverage :

8AM to 4 : 30PM (8 hours per day)

Must be available for 4 week stretches at a time

Temporary privileges can be offered (30 day start)

Assignment Details / Requirements :

Board Certification is required

Active Iowa license or IMLC is required

COVID vaccine required

Average Number of Patients per day : Outpatient-20-25; Inpatient 0-1

Required Procedures : Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
