Overview
The Production Engineer is responsible for overall day-to-day production planning, allocation, distribution and scheduling for all Incoming Feed Gas streams and Heavy Hydrocarbon and LNG export streams at the Cameron LNG facility. This position is located in Hackberry, LA. Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast production, inventory quantities and quality; coordinate inventory to meet ship and truck schedules; evaluate and coordinate Feed Gas / LNG / Heavy Hydrocarbon quality to meet customer needs.
- Manage short-, mid-, and long-term production planning processes.
- Maintain the Lost Production Opportunity (LPO) and Production Assessment (PAP) programs.
- Develop the Annual Production Plan and the Production Model Assumptions.
- Maintain the Production Model; implement regular model updates and improvements.
- Create production reports for Cameron LNG and shareholders / customers; communicate production changes to operations / pipeline operators and customers.
- Ensure all production plans incorporate train turnarounds and maintenance work activities to meet production targets.
- Maintain production records and inventory records to support the terminal energy balance.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering and Operations to troubleshoot production-related issues within the process units and propose solutions to maximize production.
- Support Operations in management and tracking of refrigerant usage.
- Support facility benchmarking efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science degree preferred or minimum seven (7) years LNG operations, natural gas processing and / or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience

Must be able to stand, walk, climb, run, sit, kneel, twist, bend, pull, push, carry, lift, reach overhead and drive.
