Project Manager ATM Deployment

The Project Manager ATM Deployment works to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and on budget. This position requires a great deal of commitment and in many cases is the linchpin of a project, as their performance can make or break the success of a project. The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring, and closing projects throughout the project life cycle. This role is also responsible for the mentoring and training of project team members.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Single Point of Contact for the project (SPOC)
- Pre-deployment support in terms of reviewing and understanding, and providing some input to the SOW
- Communicates plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Interfaces with clients to detail specific project deliverables
- Works with, develops relationships, and manages project staff and / or third-party vendors
- Develops project plans including a timeline of goals and / or a milestone tracker
- Oversees scheduling and EPM requirements
- Develops communication plans including documentation, reports, cadence, participants, meeting
- Tracks project performance and analyzes deliverables against requirements, including quality control
- Ensures that all budgetary objectives are met, managing to the project P&L and specifically meeting Cost and Margin expectations
- Tracks and coordinates invoicing, including Change Requests and Out of Scope billing
- Manages all aspects of installations, de-installations, and branding for assigned projects
- Simultaneously manages multiple projects, including high-profile and large-scale deployments
- Partners with team members to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
- Schedules and facilitates meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues
- Reports on project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met
- Works with other stakeholders to define and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects, as well as identify third party service providers
- Determines and outlines roles and responsibilities for project tasks, including third party vendors
- Creates and communicates "customer specific" metrics as required
- Responsible for adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department

PM II and PM III have additional responsibilities :
Mentor and train team members for increased understanding of project methodology and efficient use of business tools.Ability to act as "back-up" for the Manager / Program Manager in their absence.Identification and implementation of opportunities for process improvement, with a focus on increased productivity and overall success of the deployment team.Oversight of adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department.Basic Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience with coordinating installations, inventory control, financial aspects, and process management on medium-high impact projectsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or related industry experienceProficient with the Microsoft suite of software, QuickBase, EPMAdvanced problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skillsP&L management, budgeting, and financial / commercial knowledgeExcellent management and leadership skills including teamwork development and maintenanceSuperior written and verbal communications skills, and excellent presentation skillsSolid understanding SOWs and contractsStrong attention to detail, focus-driven, and able to meet deadlines consistentlyAbility to perform in a team setting and as an independent contributor.Ability to work with internal and external partners at various levels, including management.Ability to lead, motivate, support, and provide direction to team members.Preferred Qualifications :
