Kelly Science is seeking an Overnight Quality Assurance Engineer to join a growing team located in Eau Claire, WI.

Salary : $70,000-73,000 / year + a $4,800 annual shift differential

Shift : Rotating 2-2-3 schedule 6pm-6am

Employment Type : Full Time; Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Lead / Participate in initiatives to drive continuous quality improvements.
• Employ data analysis techniques and improvement tools for enhancements.
• Review and approve documents like deviations, annual product reports, and planned deviations.
• Conduct initial risk assessments of Quality events.
• Collaborate with operations, laboratory, engineering, and maintenance teams to create action plans.
• Evaluate and implement strategies to maintain or improve product and process quality.
