As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns in a timely manner.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff as required.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Assist with access control and visitor management as directed.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
