This is a temporary full-time role supporting the company's accounting operations, including payment processing, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Process wire and check payments-including large batches, weekly disbursements, and urgent payments.
• Set up and maintain payment templates; deposit checks and perform cash application in Oracle.
• Perform month-end AP and PO close for assigned entities; generate required reports (AP aging, uninvoiced reports, AP / PO summaries).
• Reconcile AP accounts and prepare the monthly open PO accrual report.
• Download and review credit card reports; verify department and GL account coding for accuracy.
• Update FX balance sheet and average rates in Oracle.
• Process commission and other invoices in preparation for payment.
• Research and resolve check-related issues; validate account reconciliations against financial statements.
• Upload approximately 15 accrual entries into Oracle and prepare supporting documentation for audits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
