You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Muncie, IN location. In this role, you will impact the delivery of high-quality products and solutions, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure that Honeywell remains a global technology leader, delivering solutions that improve the quality of life for people around the world. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver and maintain high-quality thermal products and solutions.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee the design and development of electronics and software components for thermal solutions.
