Were hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work directly with homeowners whove already received quotes but havent moved forward yet. Youll take ownership of these warm leads, follow up virtually, and close deals without ever needing to step foot on a roof.

What Youll Do

• Re-engage 50100 warm leads per month (aged 14+ days).
• Follow up through phone, text, and email to convert open estimates into signed contracts.
• Close deals virtually no travel required.
• Update and manage your pipeline in JobNimbus CRM.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and customer handoff.
