Facility Details / Requirements :

• NBCRNA
• Active Indiana license required
• Schedule can either be a 4-day work week (rotating M-F), 7am to 5pm or 5-day work week (M-F), 7am to 3pm
• No call outside of normal hours
• EMR is EPIC
• Care team model, supervised by a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
• Skills Required : Intubation, MAC coverage in the OR (anesthesia) and MAC in Endoscopy
• NO labor, epidural, Cardiovascular, Neuro or open-heart surgery coverage required, NO block or line placements required.
• Cases : General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, Cath Lab, and OB-GYN
