Marketing Coordinator

Innovative Systems / FinScan ® a leading global provider of SaaS, software data management and risk and compliance solutions since 1968 is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, execute and report on marketing events and campaigns across industries and international markets.

This is an ideal position for a recent graduate looking to jump start their career in marketing. You’ll be working with and be mentored by a savvy team of experienced marketing professionals dedicated to helping you learn and grow.

Innovative is not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time. Location / Work Environment : This is a hybrid position based at our World Headquarters Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

You will be expected to be in the Pittsburgh office 1-2 days per week. What you will be doing Participate in and coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows including scheduling, shipping, setup, and other logistical details Communicate with vendors, event coordinators and internal stakeholders ensuring all parties are aligned and updated Provide regular reporting on email, advertising, social media campaigns Track, monitor, and guide jobs from marketing through to production Clean spreadsheets for data import Maintain and update the project management calendar Participate in team campaign brainstorms Keep sales teams channel updated on marketing activities, such as new collateral, events, webinars, press releases, PR content, etc.

Update pages on WordPress sites Assist company teams as needed Work in our marketing automation system to set up emails, create lists and other tasks Track marketing spend for campaigns, events, and trade shows and provide information to marketing leader to help calculate our ROI Additional responsibilities as needed You will be A university graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience Detail-oriented and consistent in your work effort and the quality of your output Take a proactive approach to all that you do Excellent in communicating with others and in conveying your thoughts in writing Results oriented with proven success in meeting deadlines Collaborative by nature;
