Experience
10+ years experience in program management, portfolio management, and project management methods and techniques
5+ years with project delivery methodologies and tools Business knowledge and experience working on strategic and operational projects
Experience driving change management initiatives across an organization
Ability to quickly make sound decisions in ambiguous situations, leveraging knowledge of the business and stakeholder support Proven ability to track, prioritize, manage and execute multiple concurrent projects
Deep experience managing multipartner projects and expert at aligning and managing team processes and multiple large projects
Strategic planning expertise, along with demonstrable experience in project / program management
Experience building, enhancing and maintaining process management
Experience building a high caliber PMO team to drive proactive improvements across project management
Able to partner across matrixed and cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential Excellent communication, negotiation
License
PMP Certification or equivalent in preferred
One or more of the following :
Project / Program Management certifications (e.g., ACP, AgilePM, PgMP, PPM, PRINCE2, etc.)
Skills
Proficient in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and project management software. Expert user MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word Has ability to see and account for the "big picture" as well as the details.
