Sous Chef – What You’ll Do

Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and team leadership.

Supervise and train line cooks and prep staff, ensuring consistency and quality.

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and organization standards.

Support with ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations.

Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.

Lead by example on the line during service, maintaining pace and standards.

Line Cooks – What You’ll Do

Execute dishes to recipe standards and plating guides in a fast-paced environment.

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Assist with prep and production as needed.

Requirements (Sous Chef & Line Cooks)

Passion for food and hospitality.

Previous kitchen experience (Sous Chef : 2–3 years in a leadership role; Line Cook : 1+ year preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
