• Join one other family medicine physician at a new clinic that recently opened in a growing Waukesha location
• Two year income guarantee from $316,746 to $316,746

• Urgent care located onsite
• Call is shared amongst a larger group; will be 1 : 13 and supported by nurse triage
• Collaborative, self-rooming model
