About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Global Marketing to lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role is critical in establishing brand leadership, driving product marketing initiatives, and enhancing demand generation efforts. As a hands-on leader, you will build and manage a top-tier marketing organization capable of increasing brand visibility, boosting pipeline growth, and delivering significant revenue results.
You will be responsible for crafting an integrated marketing strategy that elevates our brand and establishes a data-driven demand generation system. Collaboration with sales, product, and business development teams is essential to ensure alignment with the go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with a proven record of scaling B2B marketing in a growth-oriented technology company. A strong background in defense tech, drones, robotics, or wireless communications is required. You should have deep expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and revenue alignment strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to implement data-driven marketing tactics are necessary. Experience with government or defense procurement processes and knowledge of account-based marketing and enterprise strategies will be advantageous.
