We are seeking compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in the greater Chapel Hill, NC area . You will play a key role in delivering quality care to adults with IDD in a group home setting. With flexible scheduling and competitive pay, working as a Personal Care Assistant at RSI is a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
