Strategic Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing, negotiation, and procurement for key indirect spend.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year sourcing strategies aligned with company roadmaps

Lead commercial negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and cost efficiencies

Own the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for specific areas and drive process improvements within sourcing workflows

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement, with expertise in categories like SaaS software or IT / networking equipment

2+ years as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, managing at least one spend category in full

Proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience implementing procurement processes and workflows from the ground up
