Strategic Sourcing Analyst

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst who will work with business units to source suppliers and negotiate contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with management to identify project teams and ensure buy-in for sourcing initiatives

Lead the Strategic Sourcing process, including developing and executing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, while facilitating supplier evaluations and contract negotiations

Prepare documentation for senior management on sourcing recommendations, savings, and impacts to business operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of financial or business experience, or 5 years of relevant education / work experience

Proficiency in personal computers and software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

Experience in writing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and negotiating contracts is preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with analytical skills
