Description
Essential Job Duties :
- Fill out courtesy staff log book;
- Work directly with residents and family members on any of their concerns;
- Follow emergency procedures and all safety guidelines;
- Maintain courtesy staff golf cart;
- Knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Proficient in all Life Safety Code issues;
- Inspect all areas of Independent Living building and Assisted Living and Transitional Care building
- Conduct tours to prospective residents and or family members if Marketing Director is not available;
- Be aware of residents locations at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : High school graduate or GED. Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Training and Experience : Some security type experience preferred, but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Certifications and Licenses : Valid Texas Driver's License required.
- Job Knowledge : Computer knowledge helpful. Knowledge of MSDS and Life Safety Codes.
- Military background helpful.
