Primary duties of the HR Generalist :
Lead and manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, I-9 verification, and coordination of all pre-employment requirementsProcess and support payroll activities such as timecard review, data entry, adjustments, and ensuring accurate, timely payroll cyclesAdminister leave of absence programs (FMLA, personal leave, medical leave), ensuring compliance, communication with employees, and proper documentationServe as a primary HR point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent adherence to company policies and compliance standardsPreferred qualifications :
