Pay Rate : $50,000 - $60,000 annually remote / work from home position Benefits, PTO and much more!

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key partner in supporting our growing hospice organization's people and culture initiatives. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance activities. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Build relationships with local schools, professional associations, and community organizations to attract qualified candidates.Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.Onboarding & Orientation
Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding to ensure a welcoming and compliant start for all employees.Facilitate orientation sessions to communicate company culture, mission, and values.Ensure completion of all pre-employment and onboarding documentation.Partner with managers to ensure smooth integration of new hires into their teams.Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice by highlighting employee success stories and community involvement.Assist in planning employee recognition programs, engagement surveys, and wellness initiatives.Support a positive workplace culture aligned with the organization's mission and core values.HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.Support employee relations efforts by providing guidance and documentation support.Assist with performance management processes and professional development initiatives.Collaborate with HR leadership on policy implementation, compliance audits, and benefits administration.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).24 years of HR generalist or related HR experience; healthcare or hospice experience preferred.Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Compassionate, team-oriented approach consistent with hospice philosophy.Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
