This commercial construction company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player as well as being able to work autonomously is a must!

Estimator Responsibilities :

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
