Key Responsibilities
Complete standard evaluations for clients within the United States and Canada
Research lost items using proprietary evaluation software and other resources
Work with policyholders to gather missing information for evaluations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Strong customer service skills for effective stakeholder interaction
Knowledge of the company's products and services
Proficient in internet research and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and seek support when needed
