The Role As a Lead Android Engineer, you'll architect and drive the Android strategy, lead a talented team of mobile engineers, and work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance app experience.

Location This is a work from home position available from any US-based location. You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident / Green Card for consideration.

The Main Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the Quantum Fiber Android app, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and robust mobile experiences.
• Define and maintain scalable, modular, and clean code architecture.
• Mentor and guide junior Android developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness on a wide range of Android devices.
• Experience in writing Unit test cases.
• Implement advanced features such as account management, billing, network diagnostics, smart home integration, and real-time chat support.
• Monitor app analytics and crash reports to iterate and improve app stability and user satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with new Android SDK features, technologies, and trends; evaluate and integrate relevant tools and libraries.
• Collaborate in Agile / Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges $103,711 - $138,281 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $108,896 - $145,195 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $114,082 - $152,109 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
