Merchandising Sales Representative

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member is essential in executing various tasks from start to finish, including planogram compliance and merchandise management. This role involves traveling to stores within an assigned district and providing invaluable support for tasks such as merchandise assembly and signage maintenance. You will engage with both customers and team members, ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience that sets us apart.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable attendance and maintain a flexible work schedule, including varied hours and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, problem-solving, and solutions.
• Execute planograms and resets diligently and promptly.
• Uphold high visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct store-specific measurements and layout initiatives.
• Complete accurate cycle counts and adhere to the Tractor Way process.
• Install store signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Assess and uphold planogram integrity while delivering exceptional customer service through our GURA approach :
• Greet the customer.
• Uncover customer needs and wants.
• Recommend engaging product solutions.
• Add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a distinct and legendary shopping experience.
• Be available for peak coverage during high-demand periods (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience : Prior retail and / or merchandising experience is essential. Familiarity with farming, ranching, pets, equine, or welding is a plus. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Regardless of education level, candidates must be capable of accurate reading, writing, and counting.
