Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary. Front Counter Duties

Essential Job Duties

• Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
• Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Set routes with drivers.
• Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
• May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
• Ensure that all vendors' parts are correctly processed per company policy.
• Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
