Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience at a design firm, agency, publication, or media company, with an emphasis on branding, motion identity, and graphic design.
• A natural ability to collaborate with others and thrive under pressure.
• Experience with Print design, magazine, book and other printed materials.
• Experience with Keynote / Google Slides for creating pitches and presentations.
• A refined, stylish approach to typography and layout compatible with the Complex aesthetic.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Must be imaginative, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a must and the ability to design for a motion graphics workflow is essential.
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere is highly recommended. Experience with Cinema 4D, Sketch, and UI / UX design is a definite plus.

What We Offer

$85,000 - $95,000 a year

The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
