Offering a rotating list of zero-waste cocktails with distillates made from foraged and greenmarket ingredients served alongside vegetable-forward snacks.

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and focused Chef de Partie to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with experience in this role, with an understanding of general knife skills, cooking over charcoal and classical cooking techniques. A successful candidate will have experience in an organized, fast-paced, and high-performing kitchen, and will excel in the ability to follow instructions and communicate efficiently. If you have a desire to work in a prideful environment, and have curiosity and desire to learn and grow with us, we would love to meet you.
